This past Saturday, we invited the public out to enjoy a little humane egg-hunting. Children scurried about, gathering up plastic eggs full of stickers, stamps and toys. Afterwards, they got to meet the rescued pigs, chickens, turkeys, cows, sheep and rabbits! Ivan and Mishka, two 7-mos-old piglets were definitely a hit…and of course, Howie! Who doesn’t love a big ‘old steer?
